Hello team,

I have issue with outgoing caller ID, that always not showing the number (private number) when calling from BRI Trunk in the IP Office

I already tried with some short codes:

Code : 0N
Line ID : 0 (BRI)
Number: 0Ns0123456789

Also with...

Code : ?
Line ID : 0
Number: s0123456789

The operator already confirms that the issue is not from their side

Any suggestions ?

Thank you in advance

The provider should tell you what format they want the CLI in and Monitor trace should show what you're sending.
Usually they want it in international format so you need to use .si

Thank you janni78, I tried with .s and .si but still the same issue

I will check in Monitor to see which format IPO sends the CLI

Thank you

if you are using Si & the monitor trace shows the IPO sending the CLI then he line provider are mistaken & the problem IS on their side

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

If 0 is the access code for the bri line then

Code:0N
Number: NSi40238873
Line ID: Group ID from BRI

when you want to send not your own number the provider must support clip no screening.

How many DDI digits are you receiving on the line?

I have had instances in the past where we received 6 digits and if I sent anything out other than just 6 digits the number wouldn't be displayed.

Also forgot to say in the UK I have never had to use anything other than just a basic s.
