I have a Ipo500v2 R11.1.1.0 working in Spain

A sip trunk configured and worquing.
The registering sip uril is setup with all fields as "internal data".

one ARS as "main" which is sending caller ID as the "principal number" and it works fine

We also have a number placed in Miami for calls to USA from the spanish provider.
We have a short code for forwarding calls to USA to a specific ARS.
In that ARS, the code s N; / Ns1786xxxxxxx"@aa.bb.cc.dd" and we get an error.
If we try diferent numbers after the Ns, as 786xxxxxxx"@aa.bb.cc.dd" with no country code (1) and we call to this number we receive the call in Spain but as "anonimous".

Is very important to show the Usa number in calls to Usa.

Any Idea ?
Thanks in advanced and Merry Christmas.

Don't use Ns shortcode to achieve this, use a separate SIP URI with the Local, Contact and PAID fields populated would be better and then just send the US calls to that new Line ID. You may still need to enter the number in an international number format though, depending on your Trunk Providers carrier requirements.

URI with Internal uses the info from the SIP tab of the User or Hunt Group.
URI with Auto uses the information in the ARS table, such as NS1112223333.

After a lot of tests the result is:
If I call to a USA number with the NS code with a Spanish number (+34nnnnnnnnn) the call is correctly done, showing the spanish caller ID.
If a set the Ns code with +17862nnnnnn the call does not progress. If we set the ns with 7862nnnnnn, whitout +1 then the call shows anonimous
.
Our carrier told us that the USA structure does not accept +17862 nor 17862.

Anybody knows someting about this ?

Thanks alot

Are you sure the Spanish provider allows caller-id pass through? If you're masking the caller ID with a number from the USA and the Spanish provider doesn't allow pass-through, then it won't work.

Yes , they do.

In fact, if I try to send +346nnnnnnn (my cellular) to Usa Calls and it works. As I understand, they want to see +countrycode at the caller-id beginning. But if it is +1 they drop the call..

That's what the provider told us
