Outgoing Call Setting With PRI Trunk

I added 1 of VZ PRI into my IPOffice v2 and would like to set it up this way: all incoming calls following the sequence from channel 1 to 23 and outgoing calls is in another way from 23 to 1. with current version of the system, the choice for "channel allocation" is either "1 > 23" or "23 > 1". there is no dedicated setting for order of "outbound" or "inbound".
 
Inbound is done by the line provider on it's side. You can't control that.
 
which means inbound calls is going to be 1 -> 23 by default?
 
Your T1 provider can change it to however you want, it appears that they have it setup to come in 1-23. That is the normal flow of calls from the T1 provider unless you are requesting a change
 
I re-configured setting of PRI and monitored it this morning. it looks OK so far. will keep tracking. thanks, everyone here.
 
It's good for inbound to come in from the top and all outbound from the bottom up, this comes in handy for troubleshooting purposes
