Outgoing call problems

My user stats that they are having problems calling out sometimes. I had them call me several times and the call completed everytime. I was just going thru the Mon logs and found this. What does this mean and how can I correct it?

Yes I have. I'm waiting for them to make calls since the dial delay change...to see if that has solved anything. I will let you know the findings.
 
Just wanted to say thanks again everyone for all your help. Still waiting for them to let me know if they have had any issues.
 
Thanks Gang. I believe the dial delay timer was the issue. I havent had anymore outgoing issues.
