Outgoing attachment

Does anyone know if there is a setting in exchange 2003 server or a program that automatically attach a file (.txt) to every outgoing e-mail?

Yes. The disclaimer is very long and the e-mails are printed so it's purpose is to keep the printed page size to a minimum and to make the e-mail look alot less cluttered.

oh boy, 2 major 'I hate that' issues. Long disclaimers an printing e-mail. What ever happened to the 'e' from electronic in the 'paperless' office? ;-)
