I've got a CICS 6.1 with a CP 100. All trunks are copper, and the system is setup PBX style with all CO lines assigned to Line Pool A. I'm having some issues with transferring to an external number from voicemail. I have it set in the CP to use Pool A to use for the transfer, but it never works. However, when I give it a specific line to use (Line 4), the transfer works fine, assuming that the line is free. Otherwise, when trying to transfer out (using 9) from the mbox, it says something like "resources needed to make this call are busy". Any ideas? Also, for some reason, I'm the only person that can do an outside transfer. Thanks!
