outcalling

Hi,

I was wondering it is possible to create a type of mailbox that would allow a user to call into, and then make an outcall of their choosing after a prompt/beep or something. Reason I ask is I have several phones that are not DID numbers, but a director would like to reach them without going through the operator and being transferred. He would like some type of "self serve" option to do this (after hours for example) and avoid the live transfer. I've got an Octel 250 system, let me know. Thanks!

Create a type 30- automated attendant mailbox. The system will transfer the caller to the extension that is entered.
