Outbound transfer with MICS 1.1 and flash voicemail

I have a customer who would like to be able to transfer calls from his digital phone set to his cell phone. Is there any way to do this without using a CCR tree so that the customer can turn it on and off, keeping in mind that this is a MICS 1.1 and a flash voicemail.

If its not possible, what software version/voicemail would allow me to set this up.

Not that I know of, if you upgrade to 4.1 then you can do External Call Forward. But remember if you do upgrade then don't forget to upgrade the Flash to 2.0.

Use line redirection.

In order to use line redirection you have to have lines assigned to the set.
