outbound transfer and off-premise notification was working just fine.
customer had a different vendor to upgrade the software to XC. Did not receive any reports of a problem with the transfer/notification until last week. built new mailboxes and they will not outbound transfer or off-premise notify.
outbound transfer comes back and says the party is unavailable. the numbers are programmed with the routing code as the first digit in the dial string. in the access server channal status it looks like it is trying to outdial with no sucess.
am stuck, any sugestion will be appreciated.
