Outbound Recorded Message Options

Is there anyway, through the use of IP Office or VM Pro/OneX to call a list of external numbers and play a recorded message?

This would be used by a school to inform parents of snow day, for example.

3rd party software will also be considered.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You might be able to do something fancy with outcalling, but it wont work well.
There is a new option in R9 called Predictive Call Scripts that is to work with Avaya Outbound Contact Express. I don't think that is ready for prime time yet, though.

Trying to offer school a good cost effective solution. Thanks for any input

I have very little; usually the customer just integrates from a 3rd party device/solution into the ipo for trunking.
