Hallo All,

Would anybody care to share your experiences with predictive dialers? Mosaix, Altitude, Genesys etc.
I am specifically interested in features, stability and hopefully a ballpark figure on the investment needed.

Hi,

It is rock stable and is very good on Telephony part i.e. managing trunks/agents.

It does not have all the fancy reports that Concerto can throw at you.

It has amazing tone detection rate, upwards of 95-96%.

ehm... - which product are you referring to?

BIS,

i guess he talks about avaya pds. take a look here for additional information.
i know it only theoretically so i can't really advise you whether it's good or bad...

Hi,

we are using altitude PDS, on the money side i cannot help you a lot since i'm not much involve in it. In term of performance it is a good product as long as the production people know the system and used it correctly. on the scripting side it is quite easy to put in place. in term of hardware the Altitude server are using a CTI server to start the call etcetc so there is no Hardware connectivity between the dialer and the PBX 'just' a CTI link where you need a MAPD + CVCT server.
something that I did not like on that dialer is the real time reporting interface for the supervisor.

We are runing on 1 server about 200 agents simultaneously but since this is really depending on the number of campaign and on how many campaign are staffed this number can decrease or increase.
