Any ideas would be appriciated

Cheers.

Either your message size limit is 10mb or its an internal IIS SMTP server trying to send something larger than it's limit which by default is 10MB.

I may be wrong, I'm stating this from memory on IIS and I haven't had my cup-o-joe yet ;)

Cheers for the reply but we dont not have an IIS server on the network and do not have any outbound message limits.

Any other ideas.?

Possibly the server your sending to has a limit....

Good way to test is to send a large email to some account outside that you know has a limit, which is almost all. Your home email probably has one. Easy way to tell is send yourself a 20mb file to your personal email addy.

I see this all the time.
Some administrators put a size limit on their mail servers.

Check the size of the attachement. You may need to Zip it or split it up into more than one e-mail
