Outbound emails

I transfered a couple of mailboxes from one email server to another, these users are able to receive emails fine. But unable to send anything outbound. The outbound message never get a NDR nor are in the queue of the server. I have also tried sending telnet SMPT message from the server; still not able to figure out why the email are not reaching any recepient.!!!
PLEASE HELP !

Dude, check your anti virus, that was what was happening with me. Tyr disabling it and resterting SMTP, see if that goes through...
