Hi
I am currently upgrading my local service from a T-1 to PRI. We are in an area with 10 digit dialing. The PRI is working correctly for inbound calls but is only sending out 7 digits to Bell. Where do I set the # of digits allowed on the new route? Thanks

Ken

Sorry - Its an option 51C.

I have changed the rli to the new route.

Turn on you DCH messaging in LD 96 to see what you are sending. You may need to look in LD 15 at your CLID table.

My CLID info is as follows. our numbers are in the 704-593-xxxx range. Does the following look right?

ENTRY 0
HNTN 704
ESA_HLCL 593
ESA_INHN NO
ESA_APDN YES
HLCL 593
DIDN YES
HLOC
LSC

thanks

I fixed the problem. 704 was entered as an nxx in ld 90. I removed this entry and added it back as an spn pointing to the same rli. Afterwards all 10 digits were passed. I dont' know if this is the ideal setup but it works.

thanks for the ideas regarding ld 96

YOU CAN ADD IT AS AN NPA, BUT INSTEAD OF 1XXX YOU JUST ENTER XXX
