How come our system isnt showing outbound calls as outbound.

Recording to VRL is ON and I have installed the official Avaya Patch but still only showing calls as inbound.

Our re-seller says we have to wait until te new contact store comes out.
Any of you come accross and resolved this?

yes i have and I changed the following with a new file I have as a zip.

'C:\program
files\Witness\tomcat5024\ctxwebapps\csipo\WEB-INF\classes\com\swhh\csipo
\engine'

Rename the old file (EngineThread.class) and then copy the attached file.

Restart the service, all NEW calls will now show correctly, Incoming and outgoing.

let me know if you want the file

I have done it twice and it worked both times so are you sure you are doing it right

Pretty certain to be honest. I'm pretty confident.

I had even tried to uninstall it but now it just shows up a error when logging onto Christ knows what the uninstaller does but it doesnt like being installed again it will not let me log onto the webpage. Thats not IIS related as I can still log onto our Delta server.

I'm going to do a VM rebuild any way. I just hate things that dont work

okay sounds like fun. All I know is that the patch has worked for me twice. I hope this is of some use

This was a problem on ContactStore v3.0. The patch was specifically released by Avaya, via it's distributors to give to resellers to install on customers site experiencing this issue.

Since then, v3,1 was released back in November 2005. You should really upgrade to this - as far as I know it's just bug fixes and doesn't actually give you any new features. It is free though, and should only take a few minutes to upgrade. This can be downloaded from support.avaya.com and should only be installed by qualified people in case there are any problems.

Are you end-user or reseller? If end-user and you really insist on staying on v3.0 then you'd need to contact whoever you bought it off. If reseller then you need to contact the distributor who should provide you with this patch.

But it is still strongly suggested to upgrade anyway.

I have the zip files if you have an e mail address or something I can send them to you

this is what i'm after, can you send the zip file to me, cheers, jadams@complete.co.nz
