Outbound CLID

Hi all,

Having an outbound source problem with caller-id on one of my T-1s (loop 3). The same DN (315-243-2332) shows up at a given distant end. I imagine it is a setting in one of the LDs but not sure where. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is wrong? Are you saying you should show a different ID depending on the T1 span you go out on?

Yes. I have 4 PRIs; three of them are showing correct caller ID, the one on loop 3 is the one that has the caller id issue

Are you using a CLID table? If so it looks like that span may be exchanging it with the Trunk group pilot numnber. you'll need to speak with your carrier.
