I can not get my outbound CLID to work. BellSouth complex translations techs say their protocol analyzer does not see ANY originating digits coming from my switch. BellSouth said that somewhere in my switch tables, I must be set to not pass the information to the “public” network. I’ve researched your past forums and found a lot of configuration information. Most of which matched what I had already had configured. The funny thing is, when I ENL MSGO on my dchannel, I can see the correct CLID. Can someone help me out?

(Sorry so long, I'm new to this)

If you send that CLID, the other side must receie it if it's a direct link.
If any other provider is carrying your call and modify the CLID or deleted it, you have to check with that parts

Thanks, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. The carrier is BellSouth and they say that they don't see any digits. They did say that it could be because I'm not sending 10 digits. Do you know how I send the NPA also? Currently my MSGO and call traces show 7 digits.

Sorry we don't use NPA in Europa.
Anyway if you don't send 10 digits but only 4 the provider must be able to see it
