Outbound CLID Trouble- Need to send 10 digits

Yesterday, I posted Outbound CLID Trouble. After working with the LEC, I've been told that I need to pass 10 digits in order for BellSouth to pass the outbound CLID. Does anyone know how to do this? Here is my dchannel MSGO. I need the calling number to display 8643425742.

Got em all built. Just can't figure how you add the npa. My dchannel MSGO proves Entry 1 works, I just don't know how to pass the npa.
