outbound CLI on 2 channels restricted

i have been having this problem for a month. I had 1 ISDN2e line installed by BT with outbound CLI enabled and it worked well, I then got another ISDN2e line installed figuring that this would have the same features however every time i make a call over line 1 or 2 the outbound DDI is presented, every other time (over channel 3 and 4) the main ISDN number is presented. in Monitor the call is presenting the DDI number as normal.

I can only assume that on channels 3 and 4 that outbound CLI is not enabled and that this is a fault with the BT line, would I be right and how can i prove this?
 
I think you did prove it. You show the DDI as normal in monitor, and yet the main number is over-riding this. The provider must be over-riding the IP Office.
 
thanks, think I am going mad sometimes dealing with BT, mostly the local business team up here, worse that useless to be honest.

lets see if they can fix it tomorrow!
 
Are you sure that you are getting DDI calls up both ISDN2s

It is quite possible that BT haven't added the DDIs onto the new ISDN. It may even have happened overnight, I suggest you retest this morning.

I didn't read the initial post correctly! but my point about testing DDIs is valid

tested the DDIs and got BT to make sure the 2 lines were in sync. They had actually put an outbound CLI restriction on the 3rd and 4th channel and it has now been removed. hells teeth, that took 4 weeks to fix!
