got a strange one for you all -
Option 11c
on outbound calls, CID is displaying the lead number of the PRI, not the DID making the call. so far, this is only happening on one extension. see TN info below, checked the CLS as well as all keys, etc. against a TN that is functioning correctly (and only one number off the one not working - one is 4011, the one that works right is 4012)
Any help is appreciated! I'm no Nortel guru but I thought I checked everything that I possibly can in the PBX...maybe this is a problem with the LEC specific to this number? Not sure how but that's the only other thing I can think of. CLID matches other extensions that work correctly so it's not that (first thing I checked). my next move is to OUT and rebuild to see if that fixes it, unfortunately I am finding that is the case more often than not with these systems...

The 0 after 4011 means that he is using whatever CLID table 0 is. Take a look at it and see.

thanks Hawks, but I did check that and it is a-okay. plus, other people with the same setting using CLID 0 work correctly when dialing out.
thanks for responding!

could be a few things

1 - some telcos reject CLID if it does not match database for you - example - dialing local 7 digits - telco is looking for 10 so they send default. or 4011 is not in DID range.
to verify, enable DCH messages and in the setup message see what is sent or do a LD 80 trace

2 - calls from this phone are going out a different route because of TGAR or NCOS retrictions. LD 80 trace will verify.

if you still can not figure out, post CLID 0 and a DCH setup message
