Outbound campaign software?

Just got a request from a customer. They want a solution for outbound dialing. As I understand it, it's about a campaign.

Now, I don't know there business, nor there processes or what business software they use.

The generic answer could be, he can use anything supporting TAPI.
But I want to know if you have good experience with something specific.

We use the adaptive dialler for one customer and their click to dial software for another. Seem good enough.
