Outbound calls???

Guys, it looks like a case of blame it on the network blues!!! I have a team that insists that the intermitten issue they experienced last week was from the PBX, is there anywhere I can look besides the history files to look and see if there were a number of outgoing calls from any of our trunks that were dropped during the two specified times they told us?
 
Are you capturing CDR? If so you can look at those records. If you are using Symposium you can check out the call-by-call tables if you still have data for the day in question.
 
the only other chance (slim) is to prt ahst and see if you took some errors during the times in question.. ld 21 prt cdr, that's your best chance
