I have a BCM 50, 4.0, with a PRI. The customer wants the full 7 digit DID to show when calls come from her office. Currently, it shows the main number only. I have the Pub OLI and Priv OLI set up, but still cannot get it to work. Is there something that telco has to do maybe?

In some cases the Telco needs to allow OLI to be sent from the phone system.
