Outbound caller ID issue

Hi:

I've read in some previous posts how to setup a CLID entry to display individual extension CLIDs. However, our situation is that extension numbers don't quite map to the DID numbers.

i.e.
DID Number: 555 01xx
Extension: 2xx

If I set up CLID entry to supply the DID, then the caller ID is displayed as: 555 02xx instead of 555 01xx.

Is there a way to maybe set the CLID so that only the last 2 digits of the extension number are appended? Or is there another approach other than setting an individual CLID for each extension?

Any help greatly appreciated.

what i had to do was set LID (Line InDentities options) to 1
LD16
req=chg
type=RDB
cust=x
<cr> till you get LID
LID=1...( setting this to 1 allows the DN to be sent)(not over COT's)
