Hi all from 2024,
Is there any way or workaround to save the status of an outbound call e.g. Answered, No Respond, Declined, etc. I tried to use work codes but they are restricted to ACD calls.
If I can mark outbound calls as ACD, work codes can do the job, otherwise, I need another approach.
