I'm getting a complaints at a remote office that when calling different business that have an auto attendant that ask for a choice, after that choice the call is dropped or disconnected. I tried it from the main office without any problems. The remote office is using Nortel 2002(or 1 can't remember) ip phones connecting back to the main facility. I will be traveling over there to replace a router and server but was hoping to get some ideas on this.
