OUTBOUND CALL DISPLAY ON PRI-HELP!

I have a Magix 2.2 with PRI from AT&T.

I need to know 2 things:

1-Does the Magix have the ability to dictate what the "Call Display" information will be for their Outbound calls?

2-Does the Magix have the ability to send 2 different sets of "Call Display" information for their Outbound Calls?

E.g Call display would show one thing for their Outbound Calls originating in the call centre and something different for their Outbound Calls in the operations group?

You can set up a PRI to send out display infor based on the extension, or based on the Trunk / Channel it leaves on. Setting up the display baed on the extensin is a little tricky, but by a couple of trial and errors, can be done nicely.

For question 1
Do I need SID-ANI Option programmed on the PRI from AT&T?
Do the extensions have to be DID's?

For question 2
Can I work around by programming trunks in pools and inserting digits in phone number/ number to send by line?

1 Don't know about SID-ANI necessity, I think you don't need it. Extensions have to be DID's if you want to send out the DID number to the far end caller.
2 Can put in a separate number for each line/channel on the PRI. This then assumes that you will be setting up some sort of scheme to allow user specific access to each trunk.
