Outbound Call Delay

We have a client with an IP Office 406V2 running 3.2.54.

The currently have 3 Analog lines using a 4port card and are using 5410 Digital Phones.

What appears to be occuring is randomly when placing calls there appears to be a delay when connecting the call.

What I mean by this is; a user will place a call, it will ring, there will be a pause (2-3) seconds before actually connecting. Usually having the person they were calling ready to hang up or on their 3rd or 4th "hello", or if calling an autoattendant already have way through the greeting.

I have tested the trunks and am unable to replicate this issue. It appears to be pretty hit an miss and can occur 5-6 times a day.

Anyone else experiencing an similar issue ?
