Scenario;

Symposium Express is setup to be open from 9am to 1pm. Due to snow, ice, etc. agents are unable to come in. Is there a way to setup Symposium to send callers to a recorded message if no one logs in during service hours?

I tested this using the "Skillset out of service" option pointing to my RAN route. I tested and it just rings once and goes busy.

Any suggestions? Is this even possible?

It;s been awhile but I believe in the script wizard you can setup an emergency treatment which will do this. I had a customer years ago that had the emergency treatment setup that would do exactly what you are trying to do.

I think the emergency option lets you enter a CDN or DN to send the calls to.
 
Atascoman is correct. Setup the Emergency Treatment to "ROUTE CALL" to a DN that points to your message.
