Out Of Service Line in Reference Client on CCT Server

CC6: CCMS, CCT, CCMM, SU5 and latest patches installed.
We have trouble with Out Of Service Line in Reference Client on CCT Server.
Just one line is Out - the others are In Service. Tried to remove line in NCCT console, stopped NCC Server and NCC TAPI Connector services. Then imported line again, but is still Out Of Service.
Any tips how to solve it? Remove TN fom CCMS and Meridian switch and create again or ….

Hi joynew68,

I've the same problem. I'm integrating my contact center cc6 using Nortel CCT sdk. When I get the terminals say they are out of service when they really are active.

I just had this problem yesterday, only it was CCM and a Genesys T-Server (like a CCT). Turned out that the Position ID configured in the PBX and T-Server did not match.
