I tested my out of office assistant by e-mailing from Yahoo! However, I never received the out of office message.

It works when someone within the company sends me a message?? Any ideas??

I don't believe the out of office assistant is meant to work with external addresses. You would have to create filters that would invoke it.

Out of Office Assistant CAN work with an Exchange Server for replying to Internet Mail, however it is not recommended at all. Security risks are definitely increased.

Out of office has to be turned on in Exchange from the IMC properties.

Let me know if you would like that information on how to do that.

I guess this is against some Companies Policies and it is probably turned off for a reason. Check with your Exchange Administrator.
