Someone said they had an out of office button on there phone when they had the Norstar, now there on a BCM 400 and want the same feature. They say it forwards there phone to Vmail and gives an out of office on the display of the Recpt phone.
The feature to forward to mail is feature 984. Providing the receptionist has a key monitoring the extension they will get an indication on the key showing a circle of phones.

dnd will also give another indication and will also go to vm if fwd on busy is set.
