The above is what I got when I tried to find out what version it is. It is not the question I have, just the lead in. Hope you know the approximate version so you have an idea of what to tell me. (they have had it for years!!)
Client in one office wants to, either through Feature code or pushing a button, to be able to forward calls to 2 other phones, (in other offices), in the system when they are out of the office.
No forward after 4 rings (etc), immediately!
step by step programming please.

LOOKS IKE YOU HAVE A 8X24 WITH DR2 SOFTWARE, YOU CAN FORWARD BY HAVING A FORWARD BUTTON ON THE PHONE OR BY DOING A FEAT 4 FROM THE PHONE.
BUT YOU CAN ONLY FORWARD YOUR PHONE FROM YOUR PHONE NO ONE ELSE, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THERE PHONE AND FORWARD

My problem is this software version, I am new (really new) to this and don't understand this version. I have tried what I know but it doesn't seem to work, ( I am not sure at this point if it can be done). So therefore i am requesting that you tell me simply, step by step, ( if I got to make a group, etc., how to do it, step by step) to program it for the immediate transfer (not after 4 rings, not on busy, etc.) of calls to 2 phones, (DN's) that ring at the same time.
I hope I am making this request clearer than my original post.
