Out of Office Assistant NOT REPLYING when turned on.

I have 2 users on office 2003 and they are the only ones who's OOO Assistant is not working for internal AND external emails.

Any insight??? BTW no changes to Exchange Server were made.

Help!

Sorry! I was wrong... happening to both 2000 and 2003 Office users and we are running on 2000 Exchange.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
