Out of Office Assistance

When I try to use the Out of office assistance I get the following error.

“The command is not available. See the program documentation on how to use this extension”.

I have reinstalled the Office suite and still get the same message. Also my out of office is currently turned on and I can not turn it on. Any ideas how to solve this issue.

and you're in an Exchange environment?

also your last paragraph says "currently turned on and I can not turn it on" - is it currently on or off??

It is currently turned "On". I can not turn it on or off.
