Out of office add-in

Hi,

I'm trying to use the Out of Office function with outlook from the server. I've looked under the Tools menu and it's not there.

I've searched the net and found an article about this at microsoft:

I've gone through the resolution but can't seen to find the
Emsuix.ecf file. I've also searched on a client machine with Outlook and that machine too does not have the Emsuix.ecf file.

What's Microsoft going on about?

I'm not sure but (Outlook 2000) when I go to the Tools/Options/Other(tab)/Advanced Options (button)

I can add outex.ecf and outex2.ecf
