Out of memory

I am running a full cube build with no errors.
When I try to do an incremental build I get an error
TR1901 out of memory.
We have 1.5 GB of memory an lots of space on our server which is WINDOWS 2000.
Any ideas,

Sorry if you may have already checked this but, have you recently deleted the contents of your TEMP directories on your workstation or server. If not these may be full and hindering the caching of data.
