I am running Outlook 98 on Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 / WTS 4.0 all with the latest service packs. When a user attempts to attached a file where the length of the filename and path combined exceeds 103 characters they get the following error:
"Out of memory or system resources. Please close some windows and try again. "

Moving the file in a little closer is a work-around, but I'm looking for a solution. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the current registry size.....?????

When was the last time you re-installed service pack....????

Thanks for your suggestions Highland. My maximum registry size is set at 2 times my current registry size. Also, service packs where installed a good while ago. However, no new installations since that time.

Is it a share they are connecting to.....??? Is it an attachment they are trying to place on their mail...??? Are all users affected....????

Been having problems with path lengths all week here too, but I'm sure the maximum path length is well over 200 characters in NT.....
