Out Of Memory in VB6 with CR8

I have developed a software using VB6 which is having more than 50 forms. Now I want to add some reports using RDC of Crystal Reports 8. But as I try to add report it appears VB start checking all the forms by loading and unloading and after a moment it shows me a message OUT OF MEMORY and by clicking the OK button it shows UNABLE TO LOAD/UNLOAD and got stuck. Previously my system has 128MB memory i added 128MB more but the problem remains the same.

Any body can help me How can i add reports in my software.
I will be very much greatful for that.

You have exceeded the maximum number of controls. Try placing most of your related controls in a control array. Remove any controls that serve only cosmetic purposes.

I am get the problem when i am adding the crystal report in the project.
There is no problem with the forms. VB is not giving the OUT OF MEMORY problem when i add a new form. It is only when i add the crystal report.

Please suggest.
