Hi all,
I am installing a CS1000E on that the out going CLID only shows the pilot number means we are receving the MSC (PTT) last 5 digits and our extension are starting on the range so incoming was working any extension as DID...but out going i cant see the extension number on the CLID its showing the pilot number only...but we used 11c before it was shows the CLID outgoing as a extension numbers...what could be the problem
On Net_date

Clid

DID was yes

any things have to do??

your on the right track, ld 21 prt clid, ld 15 chg net.. if you make entry 0 did yes with the correct npa/nxx, if your using the same carrier as before (opt 11) then the carrier should be looking at your dch for clid.. no matter what we change, the provider has to be programed to match.. if you get stuck post your clid table, you can change the actual npa/nxx if you need to, but then i could compare it to my 81c

Hi All,
The provider fixed the problem....thanks again to all for help

Code:
ENTRY 0
  HNTN [COLOR=red]803[/color]
  HLCL [COLOR=red]434[/color]
  DIDN YES
  HLOC
  LSC
  CLASS_FMT DN
usually you would need to tell the switch what npa/nxx goes with your did numbers.. since we receive 4 digits my clid entry 5 is set to show 803 434 plus 4
