I am looking to have one of my extensions display its DDI on all outgoing calls. I have IP Office 3.2 Right now when the user dial 9 to obtain an outside line it always display the primary telephone number. Please let me know how to change for just one extension.

User shortcodes

SC:[9]N;
TN:Nsi515555E(This is area code and prefix with extension)
Feature: Dial
LG: 0

Usershortcode:
SC = 9N ( maybe add a semicolon ; )
TN = NsCLI ( without leading zero )
lineID = 0 ( depends on linegroup programing )
Action = dial

If there is a shortcode like this in the system shortcodes:
SC = 9
TN = .
Action = SecondaryDialTone

then add the same sc in the user shortcodes and change the other on to :
SC = [9]N ( maybe add a semicolon ; )
TN = NsCLI ( without leading zero )
lineID = 0 ( depends on linegroup programing )
Action = dial

Is your carrier displaying your main number for you or are they allowing you to control outgoing Caller ID from the phone system over your PRI?

"The lack of understanding is the root of all problems

I'm have the understanding that my provider is sending out the CLI after looking into it a bit more. I'm going to continue to research this. If anyone has any more ideas please let me know.

Some providers need the Nsi parameter instead of just Ns.
Had this today with Versatel ISDN2 lines in the Netherlands.
Worth a try.
