Out bound caller ID

Is there anything on a sub ICS that controls outbound DID or what the called party sees . I have a system that has shown in example. 212-xxx-1234. Now all out bound calls show 646-xxx- 4567. Yes we have 646 numbers but none are programmed .
 
That could be what the CO is sending. You could try going into each set and set the OLI -outgoing line identification - If that dosen't work you have to call the CO and have them Let you pass the CLID.
 
All my OLI are set , they have not changed.So your telling me other than that , this is a C.O issue ?
 
If you have a PRI and the system is not sending the OLI then yes call the CO to allow the system to send it.
 
Have you ever heard of a system that just stopped sending OLI ?
