First thing you should do, because I'm sure your taking SLIP hits on your spans, is to switch your clock controllers. You're currently in free run, and not clocking off a good source. What is loop 1? You want to clock off of a CO span.

Configure the clock in ld 73 (properly). If already configured, try to reset it.

But your problem doesnt looks like clock issue..

how many digits is your provider sending.. your idc seems to think it's either 3 or 7.. it can't be both.. is your ldn a 4 digit number? then your switch is looking for 4 digits, it will not route on 3..
