Our shop has a mixture of Win95C, Nt4/sp6a, and Win2000/ sp2. We are using McAfee VirusScan 4.5.0 (engine versions 4.1.4 and 4.1.6) with 4.0.4197 DATS. The problem: When a "Dat/Definition Deployment" report is run, it shows a high number of Win2000 PCs without any product! Yet, a visit deskside clearly shows the ePO agent and VirusScan are both installed and running properly. I checked NAI's site:
and couldn't find anything in their FAQs. Any ideas why this is happening??? Thanks, in advance.

Two things: one, what version of ePO are you using and two, update to VirusScan 4.51 SP1.

Thanks for the feedback, AVChap. BTW, we are currently using ePO 2.0. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

There's your problem (quite :)). Upgrade to ePO 2.5. This solves most of the issues in 2.0.

Hope this helps.

Thanks again, AVChap!
