Our outsourcer is using Peregrine Non-flexable

Our Outsourcer is using Peregrine (they are one of the top 6) and is forcing us to use this system.

We are amazed that it does not support attached files and they claim we can't attach files to tickets as this is not a supported function?

Can anyone comment

It is possible to attach files, but it's often not a good idea due to how they are stored. We have a seperate system built that handles the attachments externally. Sounds like you need to be beating on your outsourcer a little harder or finding a new one.
