Regards,
To get communication I have to set interface to 100 Full duplex

I've seen situations where both the switch and the server have to be set to 1 GB. Someone said one time that auto negotiate should be "ought to negotiate".

What model and generation of servers? (ex. ML370 G2)
What OS? (ex. Windows 2003)
Patched? (ex. SP2)
HP support pack level? (ex. 7.90)
Cable grade (ex. CAT5e)
Patch cable or homemade?
