I have a user on a laptop running Win2k Pro SP3 and Office 2000 Pro with all current updates applied. When attempting to archive his inbox, the archive parameters (date, file location of PST and what to archive etc) are set and are valid but all Outlook puts in the PST file is the deleted Items. It does not archive anything else. AutoArchive has been disabled but it still does nothing.
Permissions allow the user to write to the location of the PST file.
Does anyone have any idea what I should do?
