(OTM) What user ID is required to start a session in core equipment 1

Trying to log into Core Equipment to start a session.
Switch password does not work, and the administrator password for OTM does not work.
We have recently configured a new OTM server tied directly via ethernet connection.
Is there a configuration setting we are missing or something other to allow us to access the Core Equipment Module.

Core Equipment uses the switch login id and password. Do you have enough PTYs built on the PBX?

I am sorry but I am not familiar with the term PTY, could you define it for me please.

PTY is created in LD 17; it is like a TTY but is a phantom or pseudo TTY port used for ethernet connections.
