OTM Version 2 patches

Launch the Patch Utility will see the information of the patch if it is existing.
The later patch for OTM 2.10.56 is Service Update 3, name of file is "21056su3e.exe"
This patch should be installed on both the OTM Server and Client by following steps:
1. terminated OTM application
2. launch the "Patch Utility"
3. Install 21056SU3
4. reboot the PC
