OTM System Term pwd not matching system

I like to use OTM System Terminal to make contact with the switch when I need it. Reciently we changed the password, now OTM will not let me in using either the old password or the new one. Is there something I'm missing?

In OTM the M1 login account is built in both the OTM user class of service and in the customer data for each M1 system. If I recall correctly OTM scheduler uses the customer data account and terminal emulation uses the class of service account.
